FSSAI has laid down standards for FBOâs who are asking for license to sell Alcoholic beverages through E-commerce means. As sale of liquors/Alcoholic beverages come under the ambit of state government, in case where E-commerce FBOâs intend to sell liquor/alcoholic beverages online then they must submit the permission or No objection certificates (NOC) from Excise department of concerned states as alcohol consumption rules vary from state to state.
