Regulatory modifications for mineral waters and plant-based foods in the Argentine Food Code

Through Joint Resolution No. 29/19, Article 986 of Chapter XII "Non-alcoholic beverages" referring to the classification of mineral waters was amended. The category "Very weak mineralization" was incorporated, which has a dry residue of up to 50 milligrams per liter (mg / l); modification protected by international regulations such as those of CODEX and the European Union.

Regulation No. 30/19 modifies articles 904 bis (dried fruit), 906 (stone prunes) and 910 (rounded dried figs) of Chapter XI of the CAA "Plant-based Foods".
