Through Ministerial Resolution 0398-2019-Minagri, the Executive Branch published the draft regulation of Law No. 30988, which promotes the Reduction and Prevention of Food Loss and Waste.
This draft regulation aims to regulate the actions of promotion and intersectoral coordination that contribute to reducing and preventing food losses and waste at all stages of the food chain, from primary production to human consumption. The publication will have a duration of 15 calendar days for knowledge and reception of opinions, comments and / or suggestions by those interested.
