Notice on the "Measures for the Administration of Food Production Licenses (Draft for Comment)

In order to implement the State Councilâs work on the deployment of âdistribution suitsâ and the âNotice of the State Council on the reform of âseparation of licensesâ in the countryâ (Guo Fa [2018] No. 35), in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the Peopleâs Republic of China On May 28, 2019, the State Administration of Market Regulation revised and reviewed the "Food Production License Management Measures (Draft for Comment)", and is now open to the public for comments. The end date for comments is June 27, 2019.
