A part of "provision on items of alcoholic beverages that may be mixed with materials, etc. for the preservation of alcoholic beverages, etc." has been revised, and "potassium caseinate" was added to the list of names of materials that can be mixed to "fruit wine and sweetened fruit wine" on 25th of June. Regarding the additives for alcoholic beverages, "Japan's Specifications and Standards for Food Additives" by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) and "Materials that can be added to alcoholic beverages for the preservation of alcoholic beverages.
