Standard on complementary foods and nutritional supplements

The drafting group of the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology published the draft "National Food Safety Standard - Complementary Foods and Nutritional Supplements" (GB 22570-2014) for the purpose of receiving comments from interested parties.
The scope of the project is expanded from "infants and children from 6 months to 36 months and children from 37 months to 60 months" to "infants and children from 6 months to 36 months and children from 37 months to 72 months preschoolers," i.e., expanding the appropriate group to include children from 60 to 72 months.
