The National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA in Portuguese) announced the new consultation panel on maximum tolerated limits of contaminants in food. The Panel contains information adapted from the text of ANVISA's Normative Instruction (IN) 160/2022, with the objective of assisting in the consultation of the maximum tolerated limits of contaminants in foodstuffs.
