MFDS publishes limits for acrylamide in foods

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) has published Recommended Specification  for  Acrylamide  in  Food. The recommended specification for processed cereal products and ready to eat foods have been revised to apply only to roasted, baked, or fried.

Operating period: From 1 February 2025
