Chile updates maximum pesticide residue limits in food

The Ministry of Health has published in the Official Gazette Exempt Decree No. 47/2024, which modifies technical standard No. 209 that sets maximum limits for pesticide residues in food, approved by Exempt Resolution No. 892 of 2020.
The Decree will enter into force on May 3, 2025.
