Kenya publishes draft update on food safety standard

The Kenya Bureau of Standards has published draft standard DKS 2455:2024 Food safety - General standard (Second Edition). This draft Kenya Standard specifies the basic safety requirements, sampling and test methods for foods intended for direct human consumption and/or further processing where there is no specific product standard.
