MFDS bans HHC-O-acetate from import food ingredient list

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) has issued the Announcement No. 2024-160, adding HHC-O-acetate (Hexahydrocannabinol O-acetate) as an ingredient prohibited from food products being imported into Korea.
to the “Guidelines for Designation of Ingredients to be Designated as Prohibited for importation into Korea”.
