Published update to regulation on dietary supplements

The Ministry of Health of Ukraine has published a draft Law "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Improving the Regulation of Production and Marketing of Dietary Supplements".
The draft aims at improving the regulation of production and marketing of dietary supplements in Ukraine, taking into consideration how dietary supplements are regulated in the European Union.
The draft Law introduces a notification procedure for dietary supplements as well as a register of notifications which will be publicly accessible on the competent authority's official website.
