Update of nutrients levels in dietary supplements

The new Ministry of Public Health Notification (No. 448) BE 2566 (2023) "Re: Food supplement (No.5)" revises nutrients levels (vitamins and minerals) in dietary supplements. The notification will come into force on July 2, 2024. Food supplements containing vitamins and minerals complying with the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 293) B.E. 2548 entitled “Food supplement” and dated 15th December B.E. 2548 (2005), can still be sold but not more than three years from the date of the entry into force of the new Notification.
