SAMR to require registration of liquid infant formula

The State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) has proposed a consultation on the revision of the China’s Food Safety Law.
The proposed draft amendment introduces the mandatory registration of liquid formula for infant and young children (Stage 1-3).
