FSANZ evaluates milk fat globule membrane as a nutritive substance

The Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) has published A1307 - Milk fat globule membrane as a nutritive substance in infant formula products. The purpose of the Application to amend the Australian and New Zealand Food Standards Code to permit the use of milk fat globule membrane enriched whey protein concentrate as a nutritive substance in infant formula products.
