FSA Publishes Draft on Microbiological Contaminants in Food

The Bangladesh Food Safety Authority (FSA) has published the "Draft Food Safety (Determination and Control of Microbiological Contaminants) Regulations, 2023".
The draft regulation defines the maximum allowable limit and tolerable levels for microbial contaminants in different food categories, and set requirements about application of the Microbiological Criteria, general guidelines for sampling and sampling plan.
