Ministry of Health proposes reviewing food microbiological standards

The Ukrainian Ministry of Health drafted microbiological standards for food products. The standards include new criteria for Salmonella in bean sprouts and reptile meat, as well as maximum limits for Campylobacter in broiler carcasses and histamine in fish sauce. Specific details are outlined in the table below.
