Published Draft Procedure for Authorizion of Cell-based Food

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) has published a draft revision of the "Temporary Standards and Specifications for Food".
Main content of the review is to regulate procedure for the authorization of raw materials obtained using new technologies, such as cell and microbial culture, and intended to be used as food.
