Guidance on risk management plan adopted

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA published Draft FDA Circular "Guidelines on the development of a Risk Management Plan for Food Manufacturers, Repackers, Traders, and Distributors. To guide the Food Manufacturers, Traders, and Distributors in crafting their Risk Management Plans to guarantee that hazards and risks are prevented or at least minimized.
Specific Objectives are as follows:
- To provide a standard format in the development of a Risk Management Plan.
- To ensure that the crafting of their Risk Management is evidence and science-based
- To ensure that the RMP is effectively communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
