Regulation on Turkish Food Codex Nutrition Claims published

The Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency published the Turkish Food Codex Regulation on Nutrition Claims ("Regulation") Official Gazette dated 20.04.2023 and number 32169, the issues related to nutrition claims have been re-regulated.
The Regulation on the Use of Health Claims on Food and Food Supplements prepared by the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency, which establishes the rules on health claims, came into force on the same day as this Regulation prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
