Amendment on management of incidents and product recalls published

By Joint Resolution 2/2023 RESFC-2023-2-APN-SCS#MS the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries and the Secretariat of Quality in Health publishes the amendment of Article 1415 of the Argentine Food Code, which will be worded as follows: "Article 1415: Health Authorities and Food Companies shall apply the provisions set forth in the "Procedure for the Management of Incidents and Recall of Products", which as ANNEX (IF-2022-27825167-APN-DLEIAER#ANMAT) is an integral part of this article".
