Restrictions on the use and labelling of broccoli seed extract

The Ministry of Health and Welfare published a draft on "Restrictions on the Use and Labeling of Food Raw Material Broccoli Seed Extract (Brassica oleracea var. italica)" in order to effectively and reasonably manage non-traditional food raw materials and ensure consumer safety.
The broccoli seed extract regulated by this draft refers to the extraction of broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica) seeds. The draft stipulates the processing process of broccoli seed extract and the relevant specifications when used as a food raw material, including the specifications to be met, the scope of use, the consumption limit and warning information on labeling.
