The Ministry of Health has confirmed through communication No. 719 that the Healthy Food Law provides that the advertising of food and non-alcoholic beverages with trans fats and high sugar, sodium and saturated fat content must clearly, legibly, prominently and comprehensibly state the advertising warnings, in this case regardless of the trans fat content of the product.
