Decree that decentralizes DIGEMAPS published

Decree 284-21 establishes that the Ministry of Public Health (MSP) and Social Assistance, in coordination with the Ministry of Public Administration (MAP), will have a maximum period of six months to present to the Health Cabinet a normative proposal for the restructuring of DIGEMAPS.
âUntil the general restructuring provided in this article is materialized, it is provided that the General Directorate of Medicines, Food and Health Products (DIGEMAPS in Spanish) will become a decentralized body of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance and its head will report directly to the Minister â, explains the decree.
