New EU Safety Assessment on the Application of Smoke Flavourings on Primary Products

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) developed a technical guidance document on the âScientific Guidance for the Preparation of Applications on Smoke Flavouring Primary Productsâ. This comes after the assessment of existing regulations and new approach on the current developments.
