ANVISA updates the list of additives and adjuvants authorized food

National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA Portuguese acronym) a has issued a new update for the use of food additives and technological aids in various food categories. The document is the result of the periodic updating of the list of these ingredients and provides the definition of the substances, their respective functions and the maximum limits that can be added in each food category.
