Modifications to the technical regulation of food products (water) published

On August 4, 2021, on the official website of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the decision of the EEC Council No. 61 "On the modification of the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union" On Food Safety "was published (TR CU 021 / 2011) ". The decision was approved on July 14 and the start of its action is scheduled for January 1, 2022. The adopted changes refer to bottled drinking water.
Among the changes: expansion of the definition of "food products" in terms of drinking water (article 4 of the regulation).
