Ministry of Health to Amend Decree 15/2018 Regulations on the Implementation of the Food Safety Law

The Vietnam Food Administration (VFA) has published a draft Decree amending and supplementing a number of articles of Government Decree No. 15/2018/ND-CP dated 2 February 2018 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Food Safety Law. New requirements for functional foods, including health supplements and supplemented foods, have been introduced. Notably, the legalized certificate required for declaration must include specific mandatory information.
