China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA) consulted on two novel food raw materials, including Sakura polyphenols and Rooster comb sodium hyaluronate.

  • Chicken comb sodium hyaluronate is made from chicken comb as raw material by mincing, enzymatic hydrolysis, filtration, concentration, purification, drying, grinding and other processes. The main ingredient indicators are sodium hyaluronate 60.0-75.0 g/100g; chondroitin sulfate 5.0-20.0 g/100g; collagen 5.0-20.0 g/100g.
