FSANZ reviews fructosyltransferase as a processing aid

On the 19th of April, the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) published a decision on the use of fructosyltransferase derived from Aspergillus oryzae as a processing aid. The conclusion is that the substance does not present safety concerns.
