FSANZ calls for submissions on Triacylglycerol lipase as a processing aid

Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) has published the Application A1301 – Triacylglycerol lipase from GM Komagataella phaffii as a processing aid to permit triacylglycerol lipase from genetically modified Komagataella phaffii to be used as a processing aid in bread and bakery products.
