Amendment to maximum levels of DON in food

With Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1022 of 8 April 2024, the Commission amended Regulation (EU) 2023/915 as regards maximum levels of deoxynivalenol in food.
Food listed in the Annex, lawfully placed on the market before 1 July 2024, may remain on the market until their date of minimum durability or use-by date.
