Regulation of the Law to prevent and reduce food loss and waste published

The Law to Prevent and Reduce Food Loss and Waste which came into force last May 2022, has been implemented by Executive Decree No. 120.
The regulation establishes the conditions in which processed food can be object of donation and the respective safety measures, parameters of delivery, reception, distribution logistics, transportation and use of donated food.
