Ministry of Agriculture announces amendments to technical regulations on meat product safety

The Kyrgyz Ministry of Agriculture informs producers of meat products that changes are being made to the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of meat and meat products" (TR CU 034/2013).
According to these changes, the manufacturer shall indicate on the labeling the most reliable information on the content of protein and fat, i.e. Acceptable limits are set for the actual value of protein and fat content.
For example, during state monitoring, the nutritional value of the protein content indicated on the labeling of meat products should not be less than 20% and the fat content should not exceed 20%. But the actual indicators of protein and fat in meat products for baby food should not exceed the acceptable levels set out in Appendix No. 4 of TR CU 034/2013.
