MFDS bans the import of 273 ingredients

The Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) has published a notification listing down 273 food raw materials and ingredients that cannot be imported in South Korea via CBEC.
Among the banned raw materials and ingredients are 139 medicinal ingredients and herbal medicines, such as melatonin, 5-hydroxytryptophan, and myrrh.
