Sanitary regulations on processing plants certified in good manufacturing practices for foods for special diets have been published

This technical sanitary regulation establishes the hygienic-sanitary conditions and requirements to be met by the processes of manufacturing, processing, preparation, packaging, packing, transportation and commercialization of foods for special diets; as well as the requirements under which the certificate of sanitary notification or registration under the certified line of Good Manufacturing Practices will be granted to them, in order to protect the health of the population.

Effective date: March 10, 2022
