Technical regulation for the individualized packaging of blister packaged foods published

On September 21, the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology published the Consolidated Regulation for individualized blister-type food packaging. The new regulation determines the mandatory requirements with respect to product safety and establishes that the individualized blister-type food packaging covered by this regulation must be manufactured, imported, distributed and marketed in such a way that the user's safety is currently at risk.
