Egyptian Organization for Standardization publishes draft Egyptian standard for "cold cuts"

This draft standard specifies the basic requirements and the descriptive standards for Luncheon Meat and Luncheon poultry meat.

This standard cancelled and superseded both of ES 1114/2005 concerned with "Luncheon Meat" and ES 1696/2005 concerned with "Luncheon poultry meat".

Worth mentioning is that this draft standard is technically identical with Codex Stan No.89/1981 revision: 1991, 2014 and 2015 "luncheon meat.
