The draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Section XI "Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On Basic Principles and Requirements for Organic Production, Circulation and Labeling of Organic Products"
Amendments to the draft Law provide for: Temporarily, until January 1, 2024, to allow business entities to sell agricultural products as organic and use the inscription "organic product" in product names and trademarks, as well as the designation and inscriptions "organic", "biodynamic", "biological" organic", "ecological", "organic" and/or any homonyms and/or derivatives of these words with prefixes "bio", "eco", if they have a valid certificate issued by a foreign certification body.
