New standards for the production and circulation of organic products

The Minister of Agriculture has issued Order No. 385. of November 26, 2024 on the Rules for the production and circulation of organic products, registered with the Ministry of Justice on December 2, 2024 No. 35431.
The rules apply to the following categories of products produced and (or) sold as organic:
- Unprocessed plants and plant products, including seeds.
- Farm animals and unprocessed animal products.
- Algae and unprocessed aquaculture products.
- Processed agricultural products, including aquaculture products, for use as food.
- Wine.
- Other products not included in the above subparagraphs, the production and turnover requirements of which are determined by the national rules of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the subject.
