The U.S. Senateâs passage of S.1260, the U.S. Innovation and Competition Act, includes language from the Country-of-Origin Labeling (COOL) Online Act that would create duplicative and burdensome requirements for online sales administered and enforced by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
