Government issues Decree to sanction infractions in food advertising

The Government published Decree No. 38/2021 / ND-CP that regulates the sanction of administrative offenses in the field of advertising. The penalties for non-compliance with advertising include:
Advertising of food and food additives (omission of mandatory information on the labeling).
Misleading advertising of functional foods that act as curative drugs.
Advertising of foods that they use cite patients describing foods with therapeutic effects.
