Amendments to the Food Code to be published regarding microbiologic criteria around the egg and the definition of boiled egg

Article 499 bis will be added to the Argentine Food Code, which will state the following: “Article 499 bis: Whole egg with shell, fresh or refrigerated, must comply with the new microbiologic criteria that are detailed in the Resolution”.
