Resolution of the Collegiate Board (RDC) 454, of December 17, 2020, which revokes 722 normative acts of its own and of other bodies whose powers were assumed by the autarky. The revoked rules were in effect, but were considered obsolete because they had no legal effect or had no meaning in the current context. In addition to the regulations of ANVISA and the National Health Council (CNS), the laws of the following extinct organizations are recalled: Technical Chamber of Foods (CTA), National Commission of Food Norms and Standards (CNNPA), National Secretariat of Sanitary Surveillance (SNVS) and Secretary of Health Surveillance (SVS).
