Updates Imported Food Safety Management Act

The âSpecial Act On Imported Food Safety Managementâ has been released from the National Law Information Center of Korea.
The partial amendment involves Sections 4 and 5 of Article 6 (Overseas manufacturing local due diligence) and Section 7 and 8 of Article 13 (regarding import suspension).
The document repeals the Special Act No.16401 from April 23, 2019 and will enter into force on January 04, 2020.
