WHO released a Strategy for Formulation Reform of Food and Beverage Products to improve dietary health

The Strategy provides information and guidance documents to further effectively implement the Strategy's requirements to eliminate industrially produced trans-fatty acids (TFA) from the food supply, reduce the energy content of food and beverage products, and reduce the levels of saturated fats (SFA), sugars, and salt/sodium in foods.
