Webinar on new Codex Standard for Follow-up Formula

ISDI will host a webinar on 10 July 2024, from 12:00-13:00 CEST, titled “Understanding and Implementing the New Codex Standard for Follow-up Formula.” The event will start with remarks by Steve Wearne, Chairperson of the Codex Alimentarius Commission. It will cover the new standards for “formula for older infants” (6-12 months) and “product for young children” (12-36 months), and discuss implementation considerations, including a transition period. The webinar is open to Codex Members and Observers, food business operators, and relevant national authorities.
