Brazil publishes a resolution on basic guidelines for risk assessment and food safety

On the 16th of May, the National Health Surveillance Agency of Brazil (ANVISA in Portuguese) published Resolution RDC Nº 868/2024 on the basic guidelines for risk assessment and food safety. The guidelines include the use of the latest scientific evidence and the use of biochemical, nutritional, physiological and toxicological testing.
