Draft Code of Practice for the prevention and reduction of lead contamination in food

The Tanzania Bureau of Standards has published a draft "Code of Practice for the Prevention and Reduction of Lead Contamination in Food". This code of practice recommends the application of Good Agricultural Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices to prevent or reduce lead contamination in food.
