The Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (MIDAGRI in Spanish) has published the Supreme Decree No. 003-2024-MIDAGRI that approves the Regulation to the Law No. 31315, Food and Nutritional Security Law. The purpose of the Regulation is to contribute to the development and implementation of public policies that guarantee the population's right to permanent access to healthy food.
